About Us

Ebb Plastics was started in the year 1988, at Ganapathypuram, Chrompet, Chennai-44 by Mr.EBENEZER FRANCIS to cater the need of plastic requirements. Later on, Mr. IGNATIUS JACOB FRANCIS also joined as a PARTNER in mid 90’s.

We are mainly manufacturing precision plastic products to various Industry like Automobile, Electronics, Sanitary and to the needs of different industry.

We are mainly manufacturing “Precision Filter” to the Automobile industry for the two wheeler and four wheeler industry.

We have inhouse Toolroom facility to make Moulds for various industry as per customers requirements.

  • 20 Ton Battenfield Injection Moulding M/c
  • 100 Ton Tokima injection moulding machine. Tie bar distance 370mmx370mm.we can mould up to 195 grams.
  • 130 ton Amda injection moulding machine. Tie bar distance 390x390 mm.we can mould up to 225 grams.
  • 20 Ton Insert type Injection Moulding
  • TEXAIR Semi Auto Injection Moulding
